Solid service, few minor points

I purchased a High Bandwidth Server for my e-commerce site about a month ago. The server itself is very stable and the bandwidth has been excellent, no complaints there. Deployment took a bit longer than I expected, around 24 hours, but once it was up, everything was great. Their 24/7 human support has been responsive when I've had a question, which is a huge plus. My only small gripe is the website navigation could be a little clearer when looking for specific server configurations, but overall, it's a good value for the performance you get. I would consider using them again for future needs.

I switched from Rackspace a while back. Hivelocity's support is really responsive, like actually human and helpful. Performance is solid too, haven't had any issues.

For me, Hivelocity felt more personalized. Rackspace can feel a bit more corporate, if that makes sense. Both are good but I prefer the support here.
